With production changes and peak season it is possible to have a 1-2 week additional delay. We are working through this, if you have a tight deadline please choose a rush order, contact us with deadlines or order well in advance. 
Luca Designs offers worldwide shipping using USPS, FED EX, DHL or CANADA POST.  Free shipping to the USA and Canada for web orders.

Quality & made to order items may take up to 20 business days or less to ship. Delays could occur at times if there are changes in production, material acquisition or third party delays. Shipping is usually much faster but it depends on material availability, queue and other factors for our hand made process. Timeframes can be dependant on material availability and/or custom requirements and/or limited edition special releases.
Please note that all of our jackets are handmade to order. Each Luca Designs jacket is handcrafted which may result in a slight variation of color, inner lining, and/or stitching.
Rush orders will shave down time by having your order prioritized with other priority orders at a cost of 39.99 USD – 99.99 for SUPER RUSH where we aim to get jackets to customers and have designated staff on top of it. Customers are REQUIRED to contact us with deadlines to ensure this service (USE “RUSH ORDER” as the subject line for emails). Rush orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom sized orders will take approximately 3-8 weeks to ship due to the customization and specialists required. Please be aware of this when ordering, and enjoy your one-of-a-kind creation!
Pre-orders for new items or custom designs will not have an estimated delivery time as they need to be built and released.
We do our best to ship all your items together. Large orders may take more time to prepare as all items must be handmade first.
Modification in the delivery address will increase delivery time as the parcel might have to be rerouted.
Remote areas may be subjected to an additional shipping fee
If you live in a remote location, or outside a standard shipping service area, we will contact you for additional costs to deliver the parcel.
